Moses Ogunlade (BSc (Hons), M.Sc. and Ph.D.) is a soil fertility scientist with publications in both local and international journals and currently an Assistant Director with Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria (CRIN), Ibadan Nigeria. Dr. Moses Ogunlade is a recipient of Norman Borlaug Cocoa Fellowship which enabled him train in the Soil and Water Science Department Laboratory, TREC, University of Florida, USA on the use of soil test kits for Nigerian cocoa soils. He is the team leader of the technical committee implementing the on- going IDH Cocoa fertilizer Initiative Project in Nigeria. His research includes development of compost using cocoa pod husks and identifying less expensive, quick soil test kits for soil testing of small holder cocoa farms in Nigeria.
